Mother Teresa was working under extremely difficult circumstances, so I give her a lot of leeway, but I also believe some of the criticisms that have been leveled against her, the Missionaries of Charity, and the Vatican. I believe she was a compassionate woman and did a lot of good, but I think it's also quite clear that her religious faith frequently interfered with her mission and that donations given to her to help the poor did not go where they were most desperately needed.

Hey Before you got passing judgement upon a beautiful woman of her Stature....

Take a good long hard look at your self ....

She devoted her entire life helping the less fortunate
When she won the Nobel peace Prize ...The million dollars that went with it say gave it all away ...to build schools ...provide food and health care and educate children

What have you done ????

IF she were evil .....

Then why did the Roman Catholic Church ...speed up the process ...to Beautify her ..and Make her a Saint ????

She was a good woman !!!!
Your the Evil one !!!

When I saw the words "evil hag" I thought of that character from the Popeye cartoons, and smiled.

She was a fanatic in her faith, like many fanatics she believed that prayer fixed all things. Sadly, when people gave money to her, they thought she was using the money, in reality they were giving it to the church, who in turn used it as they wanted.
You want to donate money to a good cause? Give it to the Salvation Army. The top person in a place I went to made $8.56/hr, at one of the local Lutheran churches the top pastor made $80,000/yr. When Katrina hit, the S/A operated on a skeleton crew. Nobody went from the Lutherans.

once you have helped as many people as Mother Teresa has, then maybe you would have a right to make judgement calls about her..

Suffering makes us humble and humility is indeed a beautiful virtue, you cannot see this because you are indeed blind and full of egoism.
