As far as I´m concerned = En lo que a mí se refiere...

I believe = (yo) pienso/creo

frankly = francamente/honestamente

In my opinion = en mi opinión

In summary = resumiendo

Well, if you want to impress, definitely you must use something even better than that.
my suggestions are:

as far as im concerned.... hasta donde yo se(as far as i know)

frankly... sinceramente/honestamente(honestly, i think frankly sounds bad in spanish)
i dont know of any books, sorry i was born and raised in south america so i speak fluent spanish, if you think of anything else you would like me to translate, add it here and ill check it later.
