It may be that you have run into things and simply forgotten. Or it may be that you have a bleeding disorder. You may have developed fragile capillaries or it could just be a matter of low platelets. And there's always the possibility that this is a symptom of a more serious underlying condition.
Anemia doesn't cause bruises. This isn't a sign of HIV -- are you anticipating an HIV diagnosis for some reason????
Make an appointment with your doctor to have this evaluated. What you can do for yourself in the meantime is take a 75mg/day for females & 90 mg/day for males regular dose of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) either separately or as part of a multivitamin-mineral formula. This vitamin is necessary to build and maintain strong tissues in general but is especially important for connective tissue such as capillary walls. Blood vessel tissue particularly depends on ascorbic acid. In case this is only a matter of fragile capillaries or one of the reasons, the vitamin C will help correct it.

If you're tired all the time, it's probably anemia. See your doctor about an iron test. If it's an iron defeciency you can easily correct that with diet or suppliments.
However, if you're concerned you might have HIV, then get the test done. If you're sexually active you should get an STD test done yearly. If for no other reason then to calm yourself. You can carry some STDs for a fair length of time before you show signs and symptoms.

You may be having low platelets, probably due to ITP. Get your platelet count done. Transient fall in platelets is also seen after some viral infections. Leukemia also causes low platelets, but an affected person is sicker.

Get tested. But I don't think so. You probably have low iron. See a doctor to test you on both. (If you really think you have contracted HIV)
