Worrying can be a good thing. But too much is too much.
Try to relax.
And one subject? What could that be?
I am sure you have other interests in life, so try to focus on them.
You will see the dark side of life and the bright side.

It is important to have a look a the bright side not only the dark side....

Good luck!

Bottom line is that it would be best for you to see a therapist. Research your area, ask questions. Chances are that some of your friends or family may have experience with a particular therapist that they themselves may recommend.

A good therapist will ask a lot of questions and be generally concerned about your well-being. Many therapists who are also psychiatrists will be able to prescribe any medications that you may take in order to subside this obsessive behavior. They may be able also to recommend other specialist in that area.

oh my gosh! we have the same problem! the only difference is that i obsess over many subjects. and jump from one to another and then come back to the first. i don't know what's up with me but my friend advised me to just stop thinking about them. i kind of do other stuff so that i get out of "my circle". it helps. :)

You may have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Do the research and find out. I provided a link. Also, you may also have another anxiety disorder though which one is very hard to say based (OCD is one of many anxiety disorders) on the little bit of information you provided. (I was a psych major)

Check out the links and I hope you find relief soon!

THIS IS REALLY HARD TO ANSWER BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T ACTUALLY SAY WHAT IT IS YOUR WORRIED ABOUT.
I TOO WORRY TOO MUCH AND GET MY MIND ALL TWISTED WITH ALL OF WHATS RUSHING AROUND IN IT.
WRITE YOUR FEELING DOWN,IT REALLY HELPS ME.
ITS AS IF I HAVE TO MAKE SENSE OF MY THOUGHTS JUST TO BE ABLE TO PUT IT DOWN ON PAPER. THEN WALK AWAY FOR A WHILE. WHEN YOU RE READ IT TRY TO THINK OF WAYS TO EASE THE PROBLEM.
RELAX, NOTHING IS UNBETABLE IF YOU LOOK AT IT CALMLY.
I HOPE YOU CAN TRY THIS METHOD,I PROMISE IT WILL HELP YOU

it is good thing that you notice it...it is always prevention better than the cure...

it is normal to have some fetish or obsession about something once in a while but when it gets in the way of your activities of daily living...THEN THAT MAY BE A PROBLEM...

have someone you can talk to about your worries..it can greatly help...better yet go to a specialist..

i think ADD or depression.

most people think ADD means you cant concentrate- but in reality it can mean concentrating(obsessing) too much on one thing.

either way- it would be a good idea to get evaluated by a mental health proffessional!!!

The same thing happens to me. Try talking to someone about your worries, even if its a psychologist.
