To be forgiven you must have a contrite heart. Keeping the fruits of your sin shows that you are not contrite.

God is The Most Generous, He will forgive you if you ask for forgiveness from Him, and promise with true heart that you will not repeat the sin, again. God likes the person who asks forgivenss from him after sin.
Don't listern to the answerers who are making you disappoint.
Once the Holy Prophet (PBUH) saw a mother crying badly for her lost child and said to his followers: "Do you think this mother will throw her child in fire"?
The followers answered that how can a mother who loves her child so much, throw her child in fire, upon this, the Prophet (PBUH), said: "Allah (God) is more kind on His people than this mother."
The greatest sin is disappointment from God's generousity.
Believe me!
You have to stop doing or repeating the sin to gain God's forgiveness.

Do you believe that Jesus died for our sins on the cross and rose again. If you do read on.
The Spirit and flesh are at war in us and we need to start with mind renewal. Reading the word of God and focusing on it in times of temptation. Pray and ask God for the courage, strength and help to change your desires more for him. God will forgive you when you ask but there needs to be a true repentance also. To know in your heart that you will do the same sin again while asking for forgiveness is not true repentance. Ask God to help you. That is one prayer God always hears even in the midst of your sin. He has his hand out for you.......Grab it and allow him to love you. The love of God is what causes true repentance in your heart. To know that God still loves you no matter what may cause you to look at your sin and say "I am not going to do this (sin) because it hurts God and I do not want to hurt God". Read Phillipians 4:8 when you are tempted and think on those things. The temptation will not stay if you focus on God and his word. Check your heart. God bless.

Only God can judge you. He will forgive you based on your faith, if you love Him you won't do it. Faith is giving your life to Him, walking with Him and even breathing with Him. You have to repent of your sins and never do it again. All sins are the same, if you lie it just as bad as murder, if you cheat it's just as bad a murder, if you watch something that's rated R it's just as bad as murder, because a sin is a sin. Have to sacrifice the things you love, otherwise if you love your sin more than God. Sin seperates us more from God. Have to worship God by thanking Him and following the Bible inorder to truely appreciate God's love and get away from sinning, that is one of the reasons why He gave the Bible to us to help us get into heaven. But if made a mistake which we all do and we are all sinners and we all deserve to go to Hell and you realize it and ask for His mercy and you believe Jesus sacrificed for our sins, God will forgive you!
Matthew 5:29-30 If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

He is always willing to forgive. But to sin and know that your sinning, you're the one who's going to have to answer for your actions. Maybe you should think a little more about that. It's one thing to not know your sinning and another to know the difference. God bless!

No, If you know that you are doing sin that is worst than just doing sin.
If you it is some thing wrong and it is against God's law, then don't do it. You will hurt yourself.

No, he won't! Repentance is done with a sincere heart... and freely enjoying the fruits of your sinful ways is not being sincerely sorry.

Only if you are truly sorry and not just saying you are sorry. God is omniscient and would know if you meant it or not, by the sound of it, you wouldn't mean it, and you wouldn't be forgiven.
