Well its not like the old days where you can just send your music to major labels in hopes they will listen, most wont accept any unsolicited material. Smaller Indie labels do, and a good tool is a book called "The Songwriters Market".. try amazon for it, a new version comes out every year with lists of 1000's of labels, addresses and phone numbers, how to submit, ect. I have had some good results using that book. Also there is a company called TAXI that is like a pre-screening company, who, if they approve of your submission, will forward it to labels and artists looking for material. But you will have to pay a yearly membership fee. The ARE reputable though, worth checking out- www.taxi.com.
