ive herd that drinking nothing but cranberry juice is a good detox diet and to help lose weight?
Just wondered if anyone had tryed this diet?
And will you lose weight on it or is it simply a waste of time?
yeh i know about helthy diet and exersize but im on about this diet, i would also exersize with this diet.

i just need a quick diet as i need to lose weight fast for my holiday wich is in 3 weeks

OK....
been on this diet now for 3 days.
drank nothing but cranberry juice and then a healthy balanced evening meal every day.
Hvae also done at least 1 hours exersize.
i feel very well and have lost 3lb's in 3 days!

No quick diet will sustain weight loss. No diet which does not include regular vigorous exercise will work for long either.
Detox is a mythological concept invented by constipated Edwardians and borrowed by charlatans on the make ever since.
Less in more out, a balanced diet with plenty of exercise, or you will inevitably fail.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

If all you're going to put in your body is cranberry juice then I wouldn't exercise if I were you! You'll probably end up feinting and could do yourself an injury. You're not getting what your body needs so really, you're going to be doing more harm than good. You may lose weight but I can guarantee that after the first or second day you'll feel weak, low in energy and tired. It's a no brainer, don't do it! The only good that it could do is prevent cystitis for a while!

Its a waste of time, a quick fix. If you want to loose weight then do it properly with weight watchers or something similar. If you do need to shift a few pounds quickly do the special k diet, which is only for 2 weeks and means you can have a proper meal at least once a day

Go for protein as opposed to sugar to keep energy levels going strong as opposed to crashing. Edamame in pods may be the perfect snack since it takes a while to eat and a one-cup serving offers 12 grams of protein.
