I would never have placed myself or my child in that position. I would have done anything and everything I could to get to the USA ...legally ..I wouldn't use my child to anchor myself to another nation.
And if I couldn't ,come legally, then I would provide for my child in our home country. People aren't starving in the country to the south. They may not be wealthy but they are being fed. We have poor people right here in the USA that need our help. I will feed an American child first and always before I will feed any illegal alien from any country.

I wouldn't. But I've never been put to the point of possibly having my child die or something. Even then.....I'd probably consider putting them up for adoption or some other legal means so someone responsible could care for them and I would know they were safe and loved. For their sake....not for mine. I couldn't think of using my child as an easy access for me. There are tons of illegal things any parent could do to make their parenting or finances easier but most don't because they know they are setting an example for their children to follow or are afraid of going to jail and having their child be in foster homes or taken away.

there is not any regulation against leaving a 17 three hundred and sixty 5 days previous homestead on my own if he has sufficient supplies and the thank you to touch the determine in an emergency. human beings pass on trip and pass away older adolescents homestead on my own perpetually. It relies upon on how mature the youngster is. If the sixteen yo lady pal is sleeping over that's as lots her mothers and fathers duty as your brother in regulations. there is likewise not something incorrect refusing to permit a 19 three hundred and sixty 5 days previous person to proceed to stay in his homestead, besides the undeniable fact that i'm optimistic there is a lot greater to the tale than basically a controversy over his brother.

Its not as black and white as being irresponsible and leaving their children here, some are being rounded up from where they work and deported. Buses of SS type immigration officers are going and taking their parents and sending them back.
The reason most of them are here is to get a better life. When they return with their children those children don't have an opportunity to be educated or game fully employed. People think they come here for the sole purpose to take what this country has to offer in terms of "free" health care and social services. They want to work and make money just like you do and they will do what your spoiled brats won't do for less money.
How many of you bigots had family member just like them that immigrated here from other countries to make a better life. That's all they want.
My family has been in United States for over three hundred years living in NM in the name of the King of Spain and Catholicism. That doesn't make me any better just different and I still see my spanish surnamed brothers and sisters struggling to be productive citizens, parents and human beings.

It's a hard choice, but as parents we are forced to make hard choices everyday. The real question is why do some counties put their citizens in the position of having to go to greener pastures to feed their families. And in turn why do citizens in counties that do not or will not provide for them, let their counties, who they clearly love, let them give them maps sent them on their way to greener pastures. So for me the answer lies in the country of orgin, not with the USA . The
whole thing is not about making the USA feel guilty because we want our laws enforced.

and your husband/ wife can stay here with the child why not leave them here?
Why would you want to put your child through the stress of changing schools and taking him to a foreign country he probably hasn't visited? What- you think they just leave them here..by them self? No usually they stay with the other parent, and if I knew that my child would have a better future in this country I would also let him stay with the father....

No, I wouldn't and I wouldn't want to leave my children with an illegal immigrant under any circumstances. I don't want them going to school with illegal immigrant lawbreakers. I agree that they should go with their parents. You're right, the children should be blaming their parents for breaking our laws and endangering the children rather than protesting our government and our laws. Their parents are criminals and the children are learning how to be criminals as well.

People don't even need anchor babies. We simply don't inforce our laws. They come with or without kids. Who forces the parents to leave and the child to stay? There are millions here illegally that we welcome with open arms and free healthcare and food and etc.
