in the interrogative sentance'' Est-ce qu'il conduit la voiture tous les jours '' - what would the equivelent sentance be if the subject was a woman not a man?

also in sentances like this ' Est-ce que tu chantes une chanson dans la rue ? ' - is it always 'tu' no matter what the status or age of the person? and what if it was adressed to more than one person , would it be some form of vous then?

many thanks ppl

Est-ce qu'elle conduit la voiture tous les jours?

Est-ce que tu chantes une chanson dans la rue ? is a question only for your peer group, close relatives or people with whom you are otherwise on intimate terms. When you speak to an older person to whom respect is due, you say:
Est-ce que vous chantez une chanson dans la rue ? The same would apply if you were addressing more than one person.

Actually, it would be less embarrassing if it were a group of people singing together in the street!

I'm French

1st question : if it is a women, do "he" will be replace by "elle"
Est-ce qu'elle conduit la voiture tous les jours"

2nd question : if you speak with many people, you will replace "tu" by "vous". "tu" is only for one person.
you use "tu" when you know the person, and if it has the same age of you or less. You would say "vous" if it is older (mean of respect)

1: change "il" to "elle"

2: It would be "vous chantez" if it was either an adult you don't know well or of higher status (perhaps your teacher) or more than one person (including children and close friends).
