I work and I don't live with my parents I live in an apartment and I haven't received my tax check, do my parents receive it instead? Or do I not even get one?

It will be sent to the address you put on your tax return. If you used your address, that's where it will go.

Did you fill out a tax return and file it? What address did you put on it? You can check the status of your refund by calling toll free 1-800-829-4477 and plugging your social security number, filing status and amount of refund.

Did you file a tax return, and have a refund coming? It will come to the address on the return, with your name on it. If you didn't file, or you filed and your return didn't show a refund due, then no you wouldn't get a check.

Go to irs.gov and click on "where's my refund" to see what happened to it.
