What are super noodles? Never heard of them. If they're made from white flour, then you should opt for the porridge. Sounds kinda good with honey and coconut.

It's all about taste, I'd go for noodles but thats only because I don't like porridge.

That porridge with honey and coconut sounds delicious, I shall have to try it some time. Yep, go with the porridge.

Noodles are more of a dinner thing, but porridge will keep you fuller for longer, and helps lower cholesterol.

I would probably go for the noodles and keep the porridge for breakfast.

I'd have the porridge - but without the honey & coconut. I like it as it comes, nice and thick with no sugar or anything.

I'd go for the porridge. There are no "hidden" bits in it.The other two items are also natural ingrediments.
You don't know what is in "low-fat" noodles!
