Like how long does a DUI stay on there? How long do tickets stay on there? I'm not asking about points, I'm talking about the actual DMV report????

The best way to clean up your driving record..obey the speed limit, wear a seatbelt and dont drink and drive! Dont drive like a loser and do stupid things like burn outs, leave that for the retards!

Simple really!! It would seem however that the slower learners in our community cant grasp it.

A driving licence is a priveledge not a right..learn that rule and the rest is easy.

You can't remove DUI convictions from your record, they will stay there forever as will all violations and convictions. A DUI will typically affect your insurance rates for 5 years. Lesser convictions typically for 3 years.
