No, it's illegal for anyone under 18 to have sex, at least in California, whether their partner is their same age, younger or older. No sex before 18! Use a condom. Use birth control pills. Don't get drunk or high around the opposite sex unless you have a sober responsible friend looking out for you, you're on the pill, or know how to get the morning after pill the next morning.

What an odd question. You are hardly gonna get arrested for having two under 18s in a tent.
Unless you are filming them or are infact a 40 year old pervert thats trying to share a tent with a young lady. If so good luck to you

Are they related or friends. I would not allow girls and boys under 18 to share a tent.
Are you ready for the patter of little feet in your house and tent! Kids are not responsible enough to sleep in the same tent, unless they are 1 month old!

Sure as long as they're about 10 years under 18. Sex is like crime in that both require motive, opportunity and means in order to happen. Male and female teenagers in a tent together meets that standard

Of course, they could even be married... as the lower age for marriage in the UK limit is 16, and if they are married, and even if they are not, why shouldn't they be able to share a tent.. It's only mixed sex sharing UNDER 16 that could be illegal.

Sharing a tent might be ok, with a chaperone. Sharing a sleeping bag is a big NO.
