Despiertame: Wake me up;

Que paraste el tiempo: You caused time to stop (or cease);

Y nada sucedio: And nothing happened.

Despiertame---Wake me up

Despiertame que paraste el tiempo y nada sucedio---"Wake me up, you stopped time and nothing happened"

It is not -because- you stopped time. For it to be 'because you stopped time' the sentence would have to be "Despiertame PORQUE paraste el tiempo" and it isn't.
