hmmm lots of answers here, but i'm not sure if thay have addressed the question correctly. If I understand your question, you have asked for a word which says you're not RELIGIOUS, but that does not necessarily mean that you do not believe in a particular religion. The following words could apply:
- Liberal - does not necessarily mean that you do not follow a religion, but that you are not very seriously in to it, or hold modern or reformist ideas about religion.
- Atheist - straight away means that you do not believe in any religion. A person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings.
- Areligious - unconcerned with or indifferent to religious matters. Not necessarily opposed to religion.
- Agnostic - a person who holds that the existence of the ultimate cause, as God, and the essential nature of things are unknown and unknowable, or that human knowledge is limited to experience. Essentially one who doubts religion.

Irreligious is used to describe someone who likes poking fun at religion and its followers.
Agnostic is a person who doubts all religion.
An atheist denies the existence of God.
A humanist believes that humans themselves are the rulers and deciders of their own destiny.
Nihilists believe there is no spiritual life at all and no meaning to life on earth.

Atheism, or to be an atheist, is where a person does not believe that that is a god/gods. Whereas an Agnostic is someone who is not sure whether there is or not.
