My neighbers are transmiting deadly EM field into our house and cause me physical problems very long time.
Why do the police allow the people use the devices?????

You expect the police to believe you that your neighboors are transmitting an EM field into your house!?!?!?! I laughed when I heard you say that. You know how much technical experience it would require to build/operate a device capable of transmitting an EM field that strong? What about their health concerns as well? Also if this field is strong enough to be deadly, no electronics on your whole block should work. Get proof then maybe someone will take you seriously. But unless planes crash and fuel injected cars die by your house good luck.

What is an EM field? How do the police know about them? Have you reported this problem to the proper authorities? Seek treatment for your physical problems.
