What do you especially thank God for today? Every day is special. And I know that we have ALL to be thankful to God for, but I like to just come out and "voice" my gratitude to the Father sometime.
I'm thankful that He has blessed me to be called "one of His own". I thank Him for His PERFECT plan of redemption thru Jesus Christ. If you're a Christian, I'm thankful to be able to call YOU my brothers and sisters.
I'm thankful for the virtues of my wife, the love of my daughter and son.
If you don't "know" God, or you don't acknowledge that He is - there's no need to answer. Thanks.

Just last week of March my blood pressure was at 140/100.. since this has been going for two straight days, I decided to see a cardiologist... indeed my BP was high and since Hypertension runs in the family, I am then not an exemption... Gave me maintenance medications and was requested to undergo various laboratory to check if there was any damage with my heart and to determined if I can still work out. CBC, Urinalysis, Xray, SPGT, Chem8, and 2D Echo of my heart was done. Honestly I was nervous to go back to the doctor for the result fearing to hear bad news. Well, today I went to have the results checked and thank God everything was almost set to normal! I am on probation though for my cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL. Means I have to bring it down to a better level. My createnine and liver are good! Thank God that inspite of all am getting into I can still say I'm pretty normal and ok. Well, have to work out now and diet. This is what I always thank God for...everyday health :)
