It matters,not only for the discomfort but for the magnifying of the lens as well. So Yes it matters. Take care of your eyes and disinfect them again if you did put them on wrong.

It does matter because they are made to magnify your site to a set amount and if inside out they have the opposite affect~~

In my experience, no. Mine always irritate my eyes when I try to place them inside out.

They will be very uncomfortable if you were to wear them flipped.
