Absolutely sex is a gift - between a married, committed man and woman... aids, isn't always sexually transmitted... but when it is transmitted that way - how does it spread? It spreads because people are having sex outside of marriage, with multiple partners. This is one of the reasons we are told not to have sex outside of marriage (love relationship).
Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord. Prov 16:20

God created sex. He also put in laws and rules about how to use it.
One of those rules is that you do not have sex with animals. It appears the AIDS came into the human population by men having sex with a species of monkeys in Africa. Because that rule with broken, AIDS became a problem.
One of the other rules is that you do not have sex except with your spouse. This would make it impossible for the disease to be caught to begin with, or transmitted any further. Because that rule as been broken, AIDS has become an epidemic, claiming the lives of million every year.
(Yes, it is also spread through needles in drug use - but that is also prohibited by God)
If people would pay attention the the Creator's instructions, then AIDS and many other diseases could be eliminated.

I do believe that sex is a great gift of God. But one should have to be deserving to accept and preserve a gift giving a due honour to it. Otherwise the very purpose of it will be defeated.
Devil of passion has entered in the mind of mass to a great extent. Consequently, The Great gift as said above is being abusively used indiscriminately.
The proverb "Corrupt will not escape punishment" stands good here also and hence the AIDS has come up.

That is not the only way AIDS spreads so the two are not exhaustive. Let's not forget needles. And yes, I do believe that sex is a gift for pleasure and procreation.
Cheers.

Sex between a husband and his wife is the only form of sexual relations that God approves of (Hebrews 13:4).
God does not outlaw sex before marriage to rob us of pleasure, but to protect us from unwanted pregnancies and children born to parents who do not want them or are not prepared for them. Imagine how much better our world would be if God’s pattern for sex was followed: fewer sexually transmitted diseases (aids), fewer un-wed mothers, fewer unwanted pregnancies, fewer abortions, etc. Abstinence is God’s only policy when it comes to sex before marriage. Abstinence saves lives, protects babies, gives sexual relations the proper value, and most importantly honors God.

Sex is a physiological or basic need. AIDS was "created" by man

Sex is a gift from God, but God said "do not fornicate." Sex between a married couple is sacred to God for producing children. God said, "do not commit adultery." AIDS comes from abusing sex.

Have you ever seen a photo of HIV?
Why is disease always "acquired"? Don't you think this is odd? Or have you been conditioned to believe that there's always a "thing" causing it that's not you? A bad conscience affects your health even without anything else to blame. Anger is contagious according to the Bible.
There's a lot of money in AIDS research. It's a cash cow.

It sure is! Particularly in the context for which He designed it. For marriage between man and woman.
AIDS is a result of mans disobedience to God.
