i'm so insecure of my figure... i have big lower body. i have big thighs and hips than the usual but i dont have that big tummy and my waist is not that big...

please help me... i'm open at any opinions and helps, give me some websites that could help me loose weight especially to my lower body

no, you are not overweight. i'm about 5'7'' and i'm between 145-150. and don't feel so insecure about your body b/c everyone has their flaws. Think of the things you like about your body and embrace how beautiful and unique it is to you.

Some people are bigger than others. My advice to you is to eat healthy, no fatty foods and sweets, and start to exercise a little bit. Jogging, dancing, etc. will be great for you. I am the same as you but weigh a little more. I have started walking and doing lower body excercises. I had lost weight before doing this, though you do have to cut down on your calorie intake, and drink LOTS of water...Wish me good luck and Good luck to you!

plz don'nt feel inscure, i was also over weight same u, the best exercise in my knowledge is that just walk n walk , dont'nt walk slowley infact just runn fast

i think your just fine...im only 5'4 but i weigh same as yours... i usually attract guys by being myself and showing my assets..focus on the good things bout yourself..
