I am dating one of my closest friends. He is really nice and everything, but he's just so damn "friend"! I want tokiss him but it just feels weird. It's not that I don't like him like that, its just that it takes a while to get used to the idea, but he wants to kiss and hold hands and all the stuff couples do, but im not sure im ready. What am i supposed to do, because i feel like a totally horrible girlfriend!

Suck your gut in and go for it. Or visualise, that he's Brad Pitt or someone else you find devilishly attractive.

you're his girlfriend but you're still dating? are you guys official? cause if you are, his emotions have the right to say that you can hold hands and kiss like couples do, but then again, you think otherwise. have you told him how it feels for you? that you only see him as a very good friend and you feel uncomfortable at the idea that you have to act like a natural and normal couple? it's best to break it and not keep it.

Not a good idea. You should not date friends. If things don't work out you lose a friend. I think your starting to feel that. I went through the same thing. You can try explaining it to him and hope he takes it good. If he doesn't he really isn't a good friend.

when you meet somebody and you want to be with them as boyfriend and girlfriend the relationship should start out as friendship. So I see this as being normal. When you feel ready to do all the things c ouples do then you'll do it. Until then this guy ought to respect your feelings and not be pushy about it.

dating friends is one of the best things or the worst thing you may do because sometimes you find out that you felt so close but because he/she was a good friend and was at your side being the good friend that he/she was, but other times it great its was a friendship escalating to a relationship where he know each other favorite color what food you like and the type of thing that make you smile now the thing is to let him/her know which one is he/she

I hooked my cousin & ex-gf up, & they go out every weekend, & he pays for everything like it's a date but when I ask him how he likes her, he says "we're just friends" & then she said the same thing too but if they're happy, that's all that matters cause I'm not jealous in any way.-anyways you two can start out as friends, & if you're happy, remain friends.

you guys are not on the same level with this relationship, tell him to back off because you need to sort out your feelings.
