i really want to lose weight my weight age and height is not correct i am 170 pounds and i am 16 years old

For a start dont go too mad on dieting,jusst be sensible trim the fat off the meat dont eat the skin off the chicken that kind of thing. But mainly you will have to exercise. Either jogging swimming walking or weights or something like that. Remember athletes eat tons but they always look in good shape.

Depends on if you are male or female, but the best way to loose weight is to get up and do something, instead of sitting in front of the computer. Go walk the dog, clean your room, clean the bathroom, take a jog, mow the lawn, then listen to your body. After you get a little exercises its going to want nice cold WATER, not a coke, and probably an orange will taste pretty good. Quit eating candy, and don't have sweets until AFTER you are full with the good stuff, veggies, seafood, meat.

don't do a fad diet , like the soup suggestion on here. It will seriously screw you up and as soon as you stop doing that you will gain all of the weight back and then some. Try http://www.sparkpeople.com. I've lost 50 lbs with the site (it's free, don't worry), and it's absolutely awesome.

eat nothing but soup and salad, every day, no dairy (no milk), but water instead.
