Just because a woman finds a guy attractive, does not mean she's interested. She could be one of those people who doesn't want to ditch her friends. Or, she may have something against being picked up at a bar (you have to be very careful this day and age). There could be any variety of reasons.

Maybe she couldn't be bothered dancing. Girls go a night out with friends to have fun. Sometimes they're looking for a hot guy but a lot of the time they just want to chill with their friends.

Probably shes interested in someone else at the table... Or. shes not interested. A girl can think a guy is attractive but still not want anything else! Or, it might have just been an instinctual response. We are very complex creatures!

I dont really undertsnad where your coming from but maybe she doesnt want to dance with hime because she likes one of you guys! She might not want to be with the otehr guy. Girls are really suspicious maybe sh ethought he was dared.

maybe she saw him dance and that wasn't her style. Or maybe she has a boyfriend. Or maybe she wanted to dance with another guy and didn't want to ruin her chances. Or maybe she didn't want to be teased later by the girls.
