hi..
Theres in only one GOD, he sent his prophet for only one thing that is "there is no God But HIM.. the only GOD"

each time he sent a prophet, he sent a book, or if he didnt sent a book with the prophet, this prophet must follow the bast book.
so we all now the main three books that GOD sent his prophets with( first one is Bible"Mosaic Low" Moses Book, second is Holly bible with Jesus, and the final book is Holly Quraan with Mohammad).
and theres is another books befor that, and each book is good for the tense that the book sent with.

when god sent Moses, he sent with him the miracles that is good for his tense, and end with his tense, because if u tried to convense some one of something, he must know what u r trying to tell him, like if you but the Muses Miracels in Jesus tense, the people will say, we dont know what is this, this is something weard, because they where good in medical things, thats why God sent the medical Miracles with Jesus.
and ends with his tense,
now a days the if some one have no religion, and he wants to get one, the Jews will say our religion is the right one pecause Muses have the many Miracles"as we now them", the person will say to the Jews, how can u prove that, bring me one miracle of Muses Miracles to believe, no one will give him anything.
then the Christians will say the same, and the guy will ask for a miracle, and no body will give him.
so the Muslims will say our religion is the right one, the guy will ask for a miracle, they will give him many miracles as his hair count.
So GOD must leave something to lead the people to His religion.
and if you dont know some of Islam Miracles

of course not. The buddha is a teacher, not a god. Some religions have multiple gods, some one, and even the monotheistic gods warn you not to believe in other ones...

It's kind of like asking if characters in different books are the same person - it makes no sense.

CORRECTION: we don't ALL believe in one god!

I wish we all believed in one God, this world would be more chaotic than it is - and Jesus would come sooner than he is coming! The devil would be so annoyed, that he won't to delegate anymore, but would want to do things for himself. He would really be so eager to walk this and change a lot of things. But for that to happen, those who believe in the only true God, those who believe in Jesus Christ, the real believers would have to be taken away first. So, when the devil steps on this earth (physically, if you wish), the believers will not be around - and the world will be in complete disarray, total chaos!

People will be forced to things that are not fitting to be done! They won't have any restraint, eating other people will be a common thing! Worse things will happen in those days - but thank God, the believers in the Lord Jesus Christ will be spared of even such sights.

Enjoy your day. God loves you indeed.

God is one but many are his aspects, as one man of a house can be father to one, brother, husband, so one God is described and called in various ways according to the particular aspects in which He appears to his particular worshipper.
A truly religious man should think that other religions also are paths leading to truth. We should always maintain an attitude of respect towards other religions.
God is one, but also many. He manifests Himself in innumerable forms and shapes.

He is One only without a second.
Of Him there are neither parents nor lord
There is no likeness of Him
There is no image of Him
He is body less and pure
God is verily great
They call one God by many names
Contrary to prevailing misconceptions, Hindus all worship a one Supreme Being, though by different names. This is because the peoples of India with different languages and cultures have understood the one God in their own distinct way.

No. It is not. Investigate all of these religions, you will find many differences between their respective beliefs. This is why relgions don't play well together. They prefer to try and take out their opponents. The jerks who bombed the World Trade Center did it with the belief that they were buying their way into their idea of heaven with their suicide/ murder mission. Pretty sick, huh?
There is only one true God. I'll pray for you.

No, it is like saying, is everyone named "Bill" the same person. They may have the same name but when you begin to describe them, they are all different. When you describe the God of the Bible it is obviously a different God than the Allah of the Quran.

not all religions have a god. yes there are monothiest=muslims, christians, and jews.

there are polythiest=hindues

some don't have a god. some believe in energy+power of nature...others are agnostic or athiests.

+there are some religions that we don't know about.. ie-no one knows what the Dru's believe in. if a word slips from their lips, they are forever banished from their village. these are secretive people, they marry within their own kind (those that don't are bannished).

I don't believe in any gods. And many of the attributes of the gods of the world's faiths are very different. I do not think they refer to the same hypothetical being.

No. How could an absolute truth God say one thing here and an exact opposite thing there? God does not have 2 sets of standards. There is one way to heaven...Jesus Christ.
