You are assuming that the bible come from pagan rites, etc. That is a stand that his been taken by many anti-bible people and some (small minority) Christian groups. There is no evidence to back up this claim other than "they look a lot alike." There is much more evidence that supports a "historical" bible as opposed to a later, copy-cat bible. If the dating of events can be maintained under scrutiny, which they have so far, this would mean that pagan rites, etc were derived from the religious practices described in the bible - not vice-versa

They're not so much anti pagan as anti everybody who is not christian. Christianity started after the main man died. He was Jewish but said he brought a new testament - however the conservatives won and the old testament stayed as the main book. Its high value for people control / social manipulation. Read only the words of Jesus and its all freedom - not quite what the Bush / Reagan / Schwarzenegger types want for the world !
The official book was put together 300 years after the main man died - a political act to shut up the freedom seekers.
That is why they hate pagans and all freedom seekers. Its about chaining people.

Yes you are a little confused, the first book of the Bible we call Genesis is the first book of Moses and is from 1500 BC Can you please tell me which pagan belief system you are refering to? Which one do you think Moses copied from?

they are pro pagan, they celebrate and glorify pagan holidays like xmas, easter, b-days. they are defiantly pro pagan, God fearing people would not celebrate pagan holidays
