OK what I get from your post is that you want to find out how to cook healthy food in your country. And you don't want people to hate you.
But you don't say where you are from which makes it impossible to answer.

I know the Japanese fertilize their fruit/produce with human feces, and they're supposed to have the most beautiful, lucious produce imaginable. They're used to it, so they have no problems, but when foreigners eat their produce raw, they become violently ill.
