Not true. Girls also flirt on boys. And Some boys also flirt on boys and Some girls also flirt on girls.

i think it's cause boys like to feel they can get other women to be attracted to them. Self esteem issues. When u got the female u want why flirt? gotta be self esteem. I dont go for that.
