Vinegar won't help you lose weight as such but good quality cider vinegar in your diet will help you feel more alert and will help you to get fitter - but only if you are getting other areas of your diet and lifestyle in shape!
Cider vinegar is rich in minerals such as calcium and potassium. Use it poured onto salads, or make up salad dressing with it. About 1 capful over a salad is pleasant.
You can also drink it: 1 capful in cold water diluted to taste, or with hot water and honey.
It's wonderful stuff - helps with colds and infections, too.

because vinegar can speed up the metabolism of your body. two tablespoons of vinegar before the meal helps speed up your digestive system and also keeps you from feeling any reflux. but drinking vinegar won't help!!! oki?

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
