I guess I would be very, very polite. I don't think I'd want to upset God - that might cause some serious problems.

There are no "If's" about it I do believe in God! I talk to him just like I would talk to my earthly Father with respect but not formally. I ask him everyday for help to get through the day.I ask for strength whenever I need strength. I have many disabilities and I an in a lot of pain and my wonderful God helps me to get through each and every day.P pray that you will have a blessed day!

I really do believe in God. When He and I chat, it is not profound or deep.
I speak to him from my heart. He knows who, and what, I am. To speak to him any other way would be pretentious and He would know right away I was being dishonest.
I tell him of my fear, and despair, and confusion. If my eyes are open, I will see a sign that directs my feet.
He created me so I'm sure He can handle the ways I speak to him. He already knows me.

I speak to God in the same manner as I write these words to you now. That is, I have a plain conversation (no “thou’s” “thine’s”, “thy’s”!) with Him each day, especially out under the stars late at night as my family sleeps. My prayers are conversations that follow a pattern. I start every prayer with the following: "Most merciful God, not my will, but yours, be done." I repeat that phrase often during my prayers. Sometimes I will do so for tens of times just to quiet my mind and make it open to hearing from my Creator.
Use the following pattern in all your prayers and you will see them answered: Adoration, Contrition, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. See the links below for more information. (acronym: ACTS)

I do really believe in Him, and I talk to Him everyday, just like I talk to any friend.

I would just talk. But I wouldn't use my mouth. I would use my mind. I would talk to him. I would use others to talk to him. I would speak through everyone I thought of to talk to him. God is everyone, God is everywhere. God, is There. There is no problem talking to the God I know. I can talk to Him... anytime, anyplace... as should everyone who has this relationship with Him.... :)

i got on my knees.at my home.Dad was in the hospital .he had a stroke, he had been in a coma for nine days.had a lung infection. had a resuscitator strapped to his face to make him breath.an erratic EEG, the Doctor told mother there was no hope at all.for him to live.
i prayed very fervently over and over saying to God,. Your Go ing To Heal My Father. over and over and over .and i expected him top heal him. i was actually not only asking. i was telling God to heal my father. even though i knew i shouldnt be telling God. i still was telling him.not only asking him. and i heard a voice in my head," Go Rub His Feet". i got up and the clock said twelve midnight, i had gotten on the floor at seven. five hours had passed on my knees, it didn't seem like a few minutes.had passed.
so i drove to the hospital . he was in an intensive care room by himself. i started rubbing his feet. the nurse came in, and said don't rub his feet . it might cause blood clots in his legs. i told her that God had told me to rub his feet and i was his son and i took jurisdiction here and to leave the room and not come back in .so i continued rubbing his feet and in just a minute his foot came back up in the air when i set it down and his hand was pointing at his foot and i turned my head and he was looking at me. with very tired eyes.and i took his hand and stayed a while then left and he was out of the hospital in 3 days and he lived well for 11 more years. Praise God.i have never heard the voice of the spirit of God heard so clear and loud then when i heard that voice to rub his feet.
I learned how to pray from my parents. you have to learn to not just pray but to listen .i have seen them pray and they knew what Gods will was for whatever it was. they knew it, when you listen to the spirits voice within. then you will know what i mean, if you dont learn to pray and listen then you will never know what i mean.you have to learn to listen.thats what prayer is all about. is asking and then recieveing, the answers
