In general organs that are slower growing with less blood flow are less likely to be affected by cancer, but it is possible with any organ. Also, the brain has the blood brain barrier protecting it, this will slow down the spread of cancer to the brain, but not stop it.

Cancer can occur in any organ in the body. No organ or organ system is immune from cancer.

a "cell" is present in every organ in your body, therefore, there is no organ immune from cancer. However, certain cancers are more prevalent...lung cancer is the most common cancer.
