Take it to a bike shop and see what their UPS rates are. Shipping it from a UPS or Fedex store can be expensive because bike shops often have commercial rates whereas you would pay the consumer rate. I shipped a very very heavy downhill bike with odd dimensions to Italy for about $200 last year. I've shipped bikes across the US for $30.

a "normal" bike can be packed up by a shop (for a fee) and shipped to wherever you want. i believe you can ship a bike over seas for roughly $40.
i has a bike shipped across the US once, and it rang up something like $25 or $30.

ok - I artwork in Courier... It completely count on what you're sending, from the place interior the U. S. and to the place in England.... Sending a record isn't comparable to sending food, Sending a million kg of things isn't comparable to sending 40 kgs of things...
