Angels are unformed, they are called, not ordained and their will is profound, absolute and entangled.
The Angelic light is the wave in superposition. Superposition is the wings of the angel. Superposition is not discretionary, and it has not been conferred therefore it is absolute and profound.
Superposition is collapsed by wave interference which reduces the frequency of the wave in superposition. This is formed being, it has no wings of superposition, it is not absolute or profound, it is empirical and finite. The wings are replaced by entropy, the return to the earth, the angel has fallen to lower frequency.
Wave Interference is the ultimate fallen angel. It is the first of the absolute and profound to take empirical and finite form.
Free will is the conduction of each temporal wave state. Angels with free will could transfer their form in entropy back into superposition, because they do not, their will is not free.

An omnipotent, perfectly just, God, must create morally free agents (humans and angels). To do otherwise means that God is not just, and therefore not God.
Angels are morally free agents.
Angels have Will. See Jude 1:6.
Angels have Intellect. See 1 Pe. 1:12
Satan's Will clearly shows he was morally responsible.
See II Cor. 2:26; Isa. 14:5; 12-15; Matt. 25:41 and II Tim. 2:26
Satan could sin and is a confirmed sinner (I John 3:8).
Satan is a murderer (John 8:44
Satwn is a liar (John 8:44).
A morally free agent has the potential to sin.
Angels are morally free, thus they have free will.

EVERYONE has free will. Angels are simply people who are used by god for some specific purpose and do not even know what they are. God does everything that he does through people, such as Jesus. I once knew a nine year old child who was an angel. That child fired a marine flare into the back of a pickup truck that was hauling a bomb and saved the life of an agent of god. I know a dog who is an angel that is assisting in protecting the life of an agent of god. I knew another angel who sacrificed his own life to protect that of an agent of god.

Angels do have free will. Satan was a angel who lead a band of Angels in rebellion against God. Also, read the book of Jude. It says, that there were a group of angels who did not fight in the rebellion, but left their heavenly habitation to live on the earth. They were later called the "sons of God". Finally, in 1 Pet 1:7-10, it says that Jesus went into hell and preached to the spirits there. Well when you do a study about that passage, you will find that the spirits Christ preached to were disobedient angels.

No. That's why God created man. Angels were made to praise God. Now, this of course begs the question of how and why did Lucifer fall and all the angels that went with him, and is a question I can't answer. I'll find out in Heaven and send you an e-mail (phone call would cost too much. Could call collect, of course, if you don't mind paying).

2 Peter 2: 4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell, and delivered [them] into chains of darkness, to be reserved to judgment; (Webster)
-------
As you can verify for yourself, these angels sinned --- this is a demonstration of free will in actions. Also, if you remember, Jesus permitted a group of demons to kill a herd of pigs. They asked his permission to do so -- didn't they! Free will and the making sure that there will be no punishment for one's actions!

There is no such thing as free will. In the context of Christianity or any other religion with a supreme deity. How can a supreme being create someone and know everything that person will do in their life and free will exist. Likewise with angels.

They absolutely have free will. That is the nature of God's spirits. We all made the choice to follow Satan or Christ. All of us on this earth chose to follow Christ. That is why we are here. All the hosts of Heaven had to make a choice and still have to excercise that same free agency.

No i do not believe angels have a free will. they do all that God commands and nothing else.
To one who submits (above)
Where does it say that satan was made of fire?
All the books i have read say satan was god's origional arch angel, but that satan desired to be greater than god, so god cast him down to spend eternity in hell with all the other angels that supported satan.

I would say they probably do since Lucifer was kicked out of heaven for disobeying God.
Angels praise and worship God and they are also His messengers and they do protect us when called to do so.
