We will never know how much knowledge was lost when the self righteous ignorant jihadists conquered the weakend and far far far superior civilizations of greece, egypt and india but today its very clear that with every inch of ground muslims violently tear away, more of humanity sinks back into caveman times.

Despite having the means to end Islamic horrors, pacifict idealogies continue to create the political opposition necessary to support Islam or, intolerance itself....

At what point do we chose humanity..at what point do we strip away naïve religious assumptions about Gods peace and finaly end Allahs hate.

As an agnostic, my only quarrel with Christianty is its pacifist morality...the trojan horse of Islams grotesque jihad.

Yes, it will. Not so much in the US but in the Middle East. Islam itself condemns everything that these terrorists are doing. Somebody mentioned 'covert or die' mentality. The Quran contains nothing to that effect. What it actually says is that those who knowingly abandon the teachings of Islam and then slander it publicly to attempt to cause more people to stray, they will be put to death for corrupting society. That is not nearly the same thing. Islam does promote justice. You simply have a different opinion on what is just. Islam does promote tolerance. Except it is the same tolerance of Christianity (which is to say, not much) Islam does promote progress. So long as it maintains morality. Islam does promote human dignity, if perhaps a bit over zealously.

Your own ignorance destroys any credibility you have, rather it was the Muslims who preserved and studied the Greek philosophies and enhanced them. The Europeans were in dark ages while Muslim mathematicians solved cubic equations. It was a Muslim who took physics from a philosophical subject to an experimental one by disproving the greek theory that our eyes emit beams of lights.

Don't forget who is known as the father of modern surgery.

I will agree with you on this, modern jihadists are not in anyway comparable to those of the righteous ancestors, for true Jihad is fighting to make the word of God superior, and that is why, the Muslims were the only people to defeat both the Romans AND the Persians.

Nowaways the jihadists have the wrong idea, of permissiblity of killing Muslims, innocent people, civilians, and sucide bombing.

I condemn these people completely.

All I ask is that you dont be so ignorant as to generalize all Muslims, as 1 out of every 5 people in the world is Muslim. And they come from all sorts of places, cultures, speak all sorts of languages and have different skin tones.

So don't get me wrong, I condemn terrorists.

Peace be with you

Intolerance isn't a feature of religions---it is a failure of individuals. And for your information, if it hadn't been for the Arabic clutures, most of human knowledge would have been lost after the "tolerant" Christians burned the library of Alexandria.

The Muslims you are so intolerant of preserved that knowledge--and the West got it from them.

And in today's world? Look at the ethnic cleansing and deliberate rape policies of the "ethnic cleansing" by Christians directed against Muslims in Kosovo.

Intolerance means labeling people based on one's own hatreds and prejudices. Individuals do that, not organizations--religious or otherwise.

There are a lot of assumptions in this post that I cann't go along with.

Firslty, that Islam is an intolerant religion. There are extremists in every religion that give it a bad name. I'm unwilling to believe that the world view of an entire religion should be based on extremeist actions.

Secondly, I refuse to believe that "tolerance of an intolerant religion" and human progress are mutually exclusive. I believe that our tolerance for others and their diversity may be the greatest measure of our human progress.

wow! first of all you know nothing of islam. you are just like any other ignorant person who speaks about matters in which you obviously know nothing of. do not confuse muslim jihadist's with terrorism. open your eyes. there are jew, christian, hindu, buddist, athiests, etc.......... who commit even more dispicable crimes then september 11th. do a little history reading. jewish pople have murdered hundereds of thousands of un armed palestinians, lebonese, syrian, well arabs in general. if you do some reading you will see how jewish people have even murdered christians in palestine. jewish people have even murdered american soilders in the past. if you do a little research you can find this. next lets look at how the japs bombed pearl harbor. way more then 3,000 people were killed that day. when you look at the child molstation rates in south east asia in prodominatly buddist countries and see how many of the customers happen to be so called christians from western nations that ought to say something. one of the most sickening factors right here in america there is an organization called nambla (north american man boy love association) this is worse then terrorism. they are this countries most abundent advocates on how to rape and molest little children. you would never see that in a muslim country. for that a muslim can hold their head high. bottom line is this. you are not a mulim. you know nothing of the islamic faith. you are one track minded and choose to believe only what you WANT to hear in the news. the number of innocent muslim lives taken from the hands of jews and the west are far greater then all the past years of war with the west. your statements are that of a devil. it is sad that you can reduce a muslim's human status to that of an animal. if it were not for the muslims there would be no oil for this country. it is sad that a person comming from a country where you have the ability to look up common knowledge about history would earnestly sit there, blindly over look all the terrorism that has been commited against hundereds of thousands of muslims world wide and shrug it off then to add insult to injury make out ragous claims that muslims are the sole agressors here. rediculous and you should be ashamed of yourself.

Jeez! I think you need to be watching less news (which can be unbelievably biased) and meeting more Muslims in the world. Not all Muslims are Jihadists. Don't put such general labels on people. That's how stuff like the Holocaust and African American oppression get started. In fact, I think that tolerance of religions is a part of human progress.

Its actually fairly interesting that religion was to play a more vigorous political role only after colonial occupancy of the British and later the Americans in Iran. Religion was always confined in a apolitical world and most mullahs detested having it discussed as a secular subject of interest.

Fanatics exist in most religions. How can we drop bombs on schools, churches, and hospitals like we did in Iraq then say WE are a CHRISTIAN nation? WHO WOULD JESUS BOMB? CHristians have murdered more people with their holy crusades, spanish inquisitions, colonization and cultural rape of other cultures like in latin america, than most world leaders in history put together. Yet JESUS never authorized that. I'm buddhist, but I've read big parts of the KORAN and have islamic friends. JIHAD is holy war, but it is explained as a war WITHIN you over good and evil. Fanatics use it to murder, just as the POPES used the bible to murder. WHen YOU judge another religion, YOU are condemning YOUR brothers and sisters. PEACE.

I will just say few words: Please do not disgrace Prophet Abraham, and his Wife by saying what you said (Bad words used) in your question.
You have faith that Prophet Abraham was Prophet of Almighty.
Prophets of The God Almighty never act against God's will, they act under continues guidance of Almighty.
Prophet Abraham took Hagar as wife, as it is mentioned in your today’s versions of Bibles as well.
Bible Says Hagar was Abraham’s Wife
And Sarai, Abram’s wife, took her slave-girl, Hagar, the Egyptian, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife – [Genesis 16:3]
This word has been defined by “Brown-Driver-Briggs’ Hebrew Definitions” as the following:

1) Woman, wife, female

1a) Woman (opposite of man)

1b) Wife (woman married to a man)

If you do not accept Hagar as His wife you deny your own scripture.

So don't be confused, Hagar was legal wife of Prophet Abraham, and Prophet Ishmael was his first-born as well.

This pretty much sums up what the relationship was between Hagar and Abraham. Truly she was his legitimate wife and thus Ishmael was a legitimate son. Ishmael without a doubt was the first-born son of Abraham and the only son who held the position of being the “only begotten son” for many years till Isaac was born. So it becomes obvious that the insertion of the name Isaac in Genesis 22:2 is indeed the works of human intervention.

I think if you really need to know truth this evidence should be enough for you to accept truth other wise Prophet Noah, preached for about 900 years but result tells us nonbelievers were non-believers.
Prophet Moses preached with his brother Haroon (Aaron), for how many years but non-believers started deviation as they get away from Moses.
Prophet Jesus preached almost three years but how many believed Him, and accepted True religion.

Kindly consider sincerely and seriously, and accept Truth follow Jesus (pbuh).

May God Almighty bless you, Amen.
