Can I don't use toner and moisturiser after I wash my face, will it harm my face?
I do the 3 step skincare religiously everynight before going to bed, but I don't like to apply moisturiser in the morning, as I have to walk a long distant to college, and therefore, sweat a lot, so I don't like to have moisturiser on my face in the morning. is that ok?

You will be fine but to protect your skin from wrinkles in the future and skin cancer from the sun you need moisturizer read this website and please learn a thing or two about how to care for your skin. I recommend moisturizers all the time because my goal is TO TURN 40 AND NOT TO LOOK LIKE I'M 40 YEARS OLD. http://www.artistry.com/en/skincare/the-science-of-skin-care-10613.aspx Hope you find something. If you want to look young and beautiful then I suggest to use toner and moisturizer. If you are the type to breakout then toner closes your pores because if pores are not closed with formulas or any type of product your pores get clogged and then causes breakouts. You may not care about your skin now but when you start to see the first signs of aging then you may. The thing is that our skin tells our age most. Whether we are healthy? How old we are? How young we are? by counting how many wrinkles we have on our skin.

You know your face best. It's really individual.
You can use a hydrating wash, toner and a serum which is a lot lighter then a cream or perhaps just an eye cream.
It depends but I rarely use the spf day cream I have very few times - I stick to the wash, toner, lift, serum and eye cream while the rest of my face simply glows and at night use the night cream (omit the lift). (I keep the serum/eye stuff just at eye level) as that is where I see "father time"..
I use the re9 regime by Arbonne and love it - (I am 39)

As long as you don't use an astringent every day, toner is good as it evens out the PH balance in your skin. You should just do all that at night before you go to bed and you'll be fine. You should moisturize at least once a day, though. If you have oily skin use oil free moisturizer.

Not a good idea. Your face will start to dry out, and it will get worse as the day goes on. Try an oil free moisturizer, so your face doesn't feel so icky, and make sure to blot your face when you get sweaty, because the sweat your body produces, contains a type of salt, and it will dry out your skin also.

You should be fine. I'm 40 and have never used moisturizer. I don't look my age at all. It all depends on your skin type and the things you do. If you hang out in the sun it would be helpful to take good care of your skin. I'm part indian, so I'm not a freak about the sun. Noxema is a great cheap cleanser that keeps your face soft.
