when is the appropriate time and place, location, situation etc to ask a girl out. this is in college. no particular girl in mind. ive always considered dating and wanting to have a relationship with someone as being perverted and that every woman viewed this the same way. but considering since so many people are in relationships its not. but i do not ever want to come off as a perv or as a creep because im not. i just want to take a girl out and treat her nice and have a good time and thats all
Ive been in relationships before but all of those girls approached me. about five girls have asked me out and i have gone out with all of them, and 2 were really cool. but i have never asked anyone out myself
also how do you know if someone already has a boyfriend or is dating someone else

Just be straightforward. Once you've talked a few times, ask her if she's seeing anyone. If she says no, ask her if she'd like to hang out sometime. "Official" dates like dinner and a movie always seem creepy, because there's so much pressure involved it feels invasive. Keep it simple to start with. Coffee, or a free show, or whatever. Just relax, and treat her well while you're together.
Oh, and don't tell her how well you want to treat her (or how well you always treat women, etc). Hearing your game plan is always creepy.

I think the best way to get a yes,is to choose the girl, and learn her favorite things to do. You don't need to be a stalker, but observe, from a distance. What classes she is in gives you a big clue as to things that you may have in common. Example: Tia always wears the schools colors and loves basketball games. Invite her to one. If she has a boyfriend she will tell you.(hopefully)

It's all about communication. You can get everything you need to know by listening carefully when you talk to a girl and ask the right questions. Then, once you know more, you'll feel more comfortable about asking her out.

just get to know her and ask her when shes on her own.. to find out whether they're dating anyone just talk to the girl she hangs out with the most!! lol.. just go for it if your genuine and shes a nice girl then she'll take you on

if you like them, ask em out. if they say no, i have a boyfriend... that ussually means they have a boyfriend. if they say no, i dont like you, dont ask them again.. thats called stalking. If they say no, I dont feel that way about you.... dont ask them again, thats annoying. If they say no, i dont have time... try and make them feel special, thats a maybe... if they say yes....duh!
