I'm at a party and my friend asked me if i got a tan. The truth is that I slept only 1 hour, and I studied for an exam and did a paper today. Is it possible that I look darker because of no sleep and extra stress? Does it have something to do with beauty sleep?

it's not necessary for a person who sleepless looks darker. If you are sleepless, you may look tired and not fresh. You will just look depressed.
