Hi there,
my employer had implants done last year and had them put through the bottom of her breast and placed below the muscle for a nice natural look. She was barely a 30A and is now a 30C cup- they look fantastic, and she only has a very faint 3-5 centimetre scar which is hidden below her breasts.

We are Beauty Therapists so its a pretty hands on job, but she only took 9 days off work. The time that you take off depends on what type of work you do and the talent of your surgeon. Her pain did not last very long at all.

In regards to pain I am a big sook, anyway I had a Breast Reduction 2 weeks ago and I was only on pain killers for 5 days- the pain in the breast area isn't bad. The breasts can be a bit sensitive but it is more just that the incision pulls tightly when you stand up straight and when you do certain things.
You will probably be so excited and happy that you wont even notice the pain.
I'm guessing that the nipple would hurt a fair bit because you lose sensitivity and then it comes back in bursts ( i'm experiencing that at the moment and its not pleasant) and underarm would probably leave a more noticeable scar and limit your movement for a while.

Good luck with your op :)

It all depends on the doctor. Research, research research! Make sure the doctor you go to is legit! Ask questions regarding the implants: saline or silicone and the differences between them? Ask about pricing and possible insurance coverage (it may not cover because it's elective). Ask about sizes and if will cause you extra pain. Ask about the techniques used and how long it will take to recover. What can and can't you do? What are the risks to the surgery and what are the risks after the surgery? Another thing you have to consider is the possiblity of infection (as with any medical procedure). Second, there's no guarantee that the implants won't rupture at some point in your life. And while this is way down the line (I assume you're in your 20s or 30s) when you get your mammogram done, it will be harder for the tech to get all the tissue into the compression paddles. It'll hurt much more than if you didn't get the implants.

You will need 2-3weeks and it's better to get it from the underarm.

Have you heard about Medical Tourism?... You can pay less/same amount with the best doctor but with the package of procedure, travel, hotel and spa treatment. Your vacation will be worth will recuperating.

To know about the pricing of eveything and info about the company let me know. I will email you all the necesssary stuff you need to read and know.

We just got 3 people signed up for this last week and they also got the breast augmentation and now spending their time resting on a white sand beach and getting spa treatment.

If they got the treatment here their money willl just get them the procedure.

Do it through the underarm. Like the person above said, you could lose nipple sensation forever, or they may even be hard forever. I think that either way, you'll be in pain for about 2 weeks.

Why do you want to cut your skin and put foreign objects in there?
A foreign object your body will not like, that may leak at one point and will surely require more surgeries down the line to remove it.
I would understand if you wanna be a porn star or a Playboy centerfold…do you?
The most beautiful women in the world do not have big, fake looking breasts (Michelle Pfeiffer, Madeleine Stowe, Keira Knightley, Gwyneth Paltrow and countless others…).
Fake boobs look and feel fake.

why dont you ask your plastic surgon about this? Im sure they can help you.

And its not days you have to take off, its more like a week or two, depending on if they are over or under the muscle, if they put them thru your belly button, or thru the nip....you really need to talk to a Dr.
