Well, Beer is pasteurized, but I have no idea about wine.

There is no need to pasteurize wine. Most common bacteria can't survive in the alcohol and sulfides produced after fermentation and during aging. Basically, it's a sterile drink.

Wine is not pasteurized. All the yeast is filtered out and it the wine is sulphited. No heat is used.
