To be honest I don't know where you would purchase such an item in Singapore. But the dressing is very easy to make and you should be able to find the ingredients in any food market. Here are 2 recipes to get you started:

“HOUSTON'S” HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
Categories: Salads, Dressings

1 c Olive oil
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1 1/8 c Honey
1/2 Jar Dijon mustard
1 ds Garlic salt (generous)
3/4 c Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk until
mayo can't be seen. Refrigerate several hours.

Great also as a dip with chicken fingers and as a
spread on ham or turkey club sandwiches.

Just make your own. Use dijon mustard and honey, about 1 teaspoon of honey to 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard. If you like, you can also add a bit of vinegar if it's too thick, but usually the mustard is runny enough the way it is.

Green Goddess Dressing Ingredients: * 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves * 2 roughly chopped small dill sprigs * 7 fresh basil leaves * 2 roughly chopped green onions * 1/3 cup mayonnaise * 2/3 cup buttermilk * 1 tsp. honey * 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice * Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste * Salad greens for serving Directions: Put the parsley, dill, basil and green onions on a cutting board and chop finely. Using a small spatula or teaspoon, put the mayonnaise in a dressing mixer carafe. Add the buttermilk, honey, lemon juice, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Insert the emulsifying blade into the carafe. Press the button and blend until well combined, about 20 seconds. Use the dressing immediately, or put the lid on the carafe and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Just before serving, put the salad greens in a bowl, add the dressing and toss to combine. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing.
