Ask for help! Just realizing that you need help is the first step. There are great meds out there too that can really take the edge off and they do work for most people. Take Care of yourself!

Breath rest do some fun activities, do volunteer work

Take some time everyday to pray or meditate, and just relax. Walking is good too.

The one and only soulution is MEDITATION..........

Yaa.........it works a lot alwayz.....just get up early in the morning.......go to some good natural place.........sit quiet, close your eyes, and listen the silence............, try it.....see what happens..........
