A rapist is someone who has intercourse with an unconsenting woman. Keep in mind that underaged girl dont have legal status for consent.

Are you saying that you had sex with your 14 year old boyfriend when you were 12?
How come everyone in your class knows about it, and feel the need to talk about it?
Have you got a school counsellor, teacher or other trusted adult you can talk to about this?
There are two types of rape, speaking legally - that is either actual rape - forcing sex on to someone without their consent, - or "statutory rape" where an older person has sex with a person who is under the age of consent, even if they participated willingly, because the law says they are not old enough to give consent.
Both are illegal.
However if both participants are underage, this makes the issue a little foggier.
They are probably implying that he took advantage of you since he was a teenager and you were a child.
Who cares what the people in your class say? What difference does it make?
Please, try and respoct yourself a little bit more. There's plenty of time for this when you get older. Enjoy being a child for as long as you can.

A rapist is someone who forces sex onto another person without their consent. It can also be used to describe someone who is older then the other person and should know better then to have sex with them. In your case your boyfriend should have known better. In most states this is punishable by jail time.
I have to ask what the heck you were thinking to have sex at the age of 12? Your body wasn't ready for it and you can get pregnant even the first time.

Probably because he was 15 and you were 12, taboo in most countries. 12 is on the crux of the puberty thing and 15 was well into it. even if you are not sexually active it reaks of badness.
