it should be light not heavy, she should feel friendly not as a date

Just be very casual in your approach, approach is everything!!
If you come across as nervous or pushy, she's going to think it's a date.
I'd strike up some small talk with her and just ask her if she wants to go grab some lunch sometime...and remember, be casual about it.

just ask her how she would feel about having lunch sometime. You shouldn't be nervous because girls can always tell. Or you can leave your # on a napkin and ask her to call you if she ever feels like grabbing lunch.
