I was wondering about this. Some that are quite strong such as Nizoral say clearly to use only once every two weeks. But Head and Shoulders doesn't say anything like that.

I have been using it for a while and just use it as my sole shampoo, using it everytime I wash my hair. Is this wrong or is it ok to use it as such?

Head and Shoulders is mild enough to use every time. I use it all winter long and through part of the Spring due to itchiness rather than dandruff. The reason why I don't use it year-round is that its effectiveness tends to diminish. Use it if you need it!

I also use Head and Shoulders and It states that It can be used for every day use on the bottle, not that I use It every day I only use It when I need It in conjunction with my other shampoo of choice. It must depend on which country you are in as I have noticed subtle differences in labeling from country to country.

I think head and shoulders is made so you can use it every day. What I learned though is, sometimes it will dry your scalp causeing you to have worst sympstoms then before you started. If its helping and your fine with it, continue to use it as directed. I knwo some like t-gel like you said, it says only to use so many times a week though.

every time is cool, it can't hurt your hair, i switch shampoo and conditioner every time i run out, that is what is best for your hair, but it won't hurt using the same all the time.
