I used to have the same problem. I found that exfoliating 2-3 times a week helps, and also, I used Neutrogena's Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel. You can get it at Wal-Mart. Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc. for about $15.

St. Ives Acne and Blemish wash is an exfoliator that will remove most of your normal scars in a month and for the larger scars, you'll need to use silicone scar sheets or the rub in stuff, but it won't take 4 weeks. More like 3 months.

you can buy this scar deminisher at your local drug store such as walgreens. its by ambi it fades dark spots blemishes etc. the only thing is the results take about 4 wks. and you have to use it everyday if you want good results

i figured out that swimming helps ur skin alot.It somewhat bleaches it and helps your skin regenerate.try wash it with cold water too =]
