And why?

Whatever's *absolutely* the cheapest - it's the worst waste of cash. ... If legal, the Dumpster's my choice, but if Potter's Field in a cardboard box trumps a no-frills cremation (or vice versa), either's cool. (Or maybe a dump in shark-infested waters, 'cept I live [die] on the Prairies.)

To be buried was really a good way to replenish the earth as your body goes back naturally to the ground and become part of the natural process.
However, believing in this modern generation that more spaces shall be given priorities to the living can more practical to be cremated. CREAMATED may mean more cream was put on your dead body.

Cremated.

Because even buried people aren't going to stay that way forever. Eventually the earth is not going to exist. Even if you stayed in that one spot for a billion years, the sun is going to eventually swallow the earth. Nothing stays the same forever. Why waste the space?

My first choice is cremation, but direct cremation, with no unnecessary ritualistic nonsense.
My second choice is a "green" burial - no embalming, no service of any kind, a simple earth-friendly cardboard coffin, bury me in a "green" cemetery (yes, there are such things) and let my remains feed the plants and bugs for a while.

Buried, no embalming and preferably without a coffin or if I must have one it should be an untreated box.

I want to be recycled back into the earth with the least amount of difficulty.

What makes the grass grow? I will when I die.

The soul leaves this body when we die so it doesn`t matter if we`re buried or cremated.I`ve asked to be cremated because I don`t want people having to go to a grave side to put flowers or talk to me,so to speak.I want to have my ashes spread across a pretty spot .Let my love ones remember me living and get on with their lives.

Cremation frees the soul faster than being buried, thus letting the soul to cross over more smoothly.

Buried. I think my body is sacred, it is an instrument of my spirit and I don't want it to be destroyed. For those who prefer to be cremated, is good to wait 72 hours after death, so that the spirit is completely disconnected to the body.

Peace!

Actually I don't want either!

I want to be 'Raptured' with my Husband.

However - to answer your question (if the 'Rapture' does not happen before ???) -

My husband and I want to be 'Buried Together.' We have been married for just over 10 wonderful years - NOT long enough! And,

I do want (Very Much) to be with my husband (Mark) forever! I do not believe that cremation is Biblical or right.

Peace Unto You - Grace to You - Take Care and God Bless!

Cremation. It's easier on family and friends, they can remember you in a happier time. It's cheaper, no burial plot to buy and have family maintain. Takes up less room. Just scatter my ashes into the ocean. After I'm dead I won't care where I "live".
