You could dry them, or pickle them.Or the best is to make poppers out of them.Just cut off the top ,clean it out,add cheddar,bread,refrigerate,then fry.Fresh will be very hot,I'd recommend pickling them first.

You have a few options:
Cut them up,remove the pith and seeds, then freeze. They will work fine in cooked dishes like Chili con Carne, etc.
Sun dry them whole and store in a cool,dry place out of direct light.
Prepare them as above and can them.

Put them in a blender with a little salt and oil and grind it to a paste. Store in a jar in the fridge and use it in the months to come or freeze if you have too much.

I used to go quahogging with my dad and get so many quahogs that we didn't know what to do with them. We would play ding-dong-ditch and put them on the step. It was fun. Give'em away.
I don't know if you can make hot pepper jelly. I can't but I love that stuff.
