She is a very sweet woman and I admire the work she does on a daily basis, i usually stop in to see her once a week. Her work requires alot of her time so I never stay too long, she seems to be busy helping out friends on her own time. I've asked her out in hopes to get to know her better, she said we would at a later time as soon as she had some free time. She always is so sweet and caring, I truely treasure her but am terribly afraid of scarring her away. She is an amazing person, she has a smile that would melt your heart should I back off a bit to see where it goes? It amazes me how anyone could pass up such a wonderful woman, I would love to share some time with her just enjoying life and making her smile!!!!! what can I do????? help please!!!!!

Please do just give her time. Or alternatively you could just try friends and go from there. If she has time for friends and you're her friend then she'd have time for you :) BUT don't pressure her. She may just run then. GOOD LUCK

Just take it slow. I'm sure she's had her share of guys trying to hit on her and she just needs to know that you're not just another player. She's probably not like the teenie boppers who go gaga over a boy who likes them. She's a mature woman, appreciate that about her. If you keep doing what you're doing, she'll finally see that you're for real.

Michael...I am 31 and my boyfriend is 37....age means nothing....but my advice to you is ASK HER OUT!!!!!! If you really like this girl and you think she's great, don't let her out of your sight. You never know what will happen unless you puruse. Don't regret it. Good luck!

Hmm, is she too busy with other things to have a relationship? That doesn't sound very promising, no matter how sweet she is. But if you like her so much, you'll have to take it slow, as she already let you know.

30 & 37? That is nothing. Of course, I would rather chase 20 year olds.

You asked, she answered. She said as soon as she had some free time. Respect her words!
