You are over -worrying about this diet. It takes an extra 3500 calories to put a pound of weight ,assuming you didnt do something to burn over your burn off rate. It will go to fat eventually. Relax, take it easy. If you over due not eating you will pay later and probably worse than before.
Female under 30 probably can do alright on 1500- 1700 calories a day. Yep you'll be hungry and not eating much fat, maybe 20 grams. But if you are doing some work out, it will go away. Worse thing to do is get the big weight loss by over doing and then backslide. I did this about 14 years ago. I lost my sense of smell from the drastic diet change, You can chemically alter your body if you are not careful.
In my line of work, this meant I got sent on all calls involving a dead body cause I couldn't smell it much. Just don't over do any of this.It will take some months but will be better in the long run. Wish you luck.

2 slices of wheat bread with fat free turkey, lettuce, avacado, jalapenos, mustard, yellow cheese with some green tea, and a bowl of Progresso soup Beef& vegetable

I think it's the sugar one puts into porridge that makes it a little heavier but it's very good for you. My mother has it as a muesli which she sweetens with fresh fruit like apple, grapes and strawberries plus dried fruit (unsweetened). Don't forget to drink plenty of water that will help you feel fuller. It sounds like a healthy diet. So long as you remember to remove the skin off the chicken as all the fat lurks in and beneath it! I'm naturally slim but if I want to lose a few pounds I make a watery broth and load it with fresh vegetables and some lean, diced chicken. I use a few stock cubes and make it in a huge pan. I just put the pan in the fridge and reheat bowls. It is really filling because of the cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage plus the liquid content. Sure, I feel hungry again about 2 hours after but it's so low in calories I can eat as much as I want! Good luck with reaching your target!

why are you on such a low calorie diet? your body needs at least 1000 calories a day for normal functioning alone....
but i'd go with the choice of a because it's healthiest... most nutrients of all of them. The soup will have too much sodium, as will the hot pocket, and the cereal isn't enough in terms of vitamins and nutrients.
plate of lettuce has little nutritional value.
eat the sandwich! and please take better care of yourself; you can really mess yourself up if you don't eat enough to sustain normal functioning
also... the brownie is just a brownie. it's okay, you didn't eat too much. in fact, you're probably eating way too little.

your problem right now is that u are making your mind believe that if u eat healthy now at night u can eat a really big meal. NOT A GOOD IDEA you shouldn't eat as much at night!! eat real meals in small portions because leaving your biggest meal until the end of the day ..well lets just say u r ending up with more calories this way than u would if u just ate normally and healthy.

Oh, darling, you didn't eat too much! you ate way too little... don't worry about what you eat so much; if you want to stay healthy your whole life you have to eat enough now! A good breakfast is really good for you, too.
