Off hand, I would have to say on a pig ment farm, but I'm not sure they are racially segregated.

In the UK pigments can be bought from Cornelissen's, Great Russell Street, London WC1 (near the British Museum).

But try the net for some basic info. You may be surprised how many 'color pigments' you already have around the house.
