insurance for "Acts of God"?

Clever question! Of course, they can; they would apply for and receive the coverage, then simply regard it as insurance against the possibility of occurrences beyond their control; naturally, nothing is "an act of God" to an atheist! I love your question, however!!

Very few insurance companies refer to natural disasters and other events outside of human control as "Acts of God" anymore. But even we can get insurance against just about anything--if we're willing to pay for it.

I read about this a couple years ago that there is a company who had alien abduction insurance. It paid off $1 for one million years.

I must say I laughed a lot.

If the insurance company was run by atheists, it would not pay.

And if it was run by religious nuts, it should pay for every thing.

You can get insurance against anything at all if you are willing to pay for it.

You have to be able to prove God did it & I dont think an athiest would be willing to do that.....
